Letter to Buyers

Dear Buyers,

We would like to take this time to tell you a little more about our home and neighborhood. We’ve been blessed to have many great years on 91 Van Schoick Avenue. We fell in love with this home the moment we walked onto the bright and sunny enclosed front porch.

This house has all the charm of a house built in the 1930’s, but has tasteful updates including an open floorplan and large kitchen that you wouldn’t usually find in a house of this age. It also has a large master bedroom, with skylights and walk-in closets. The fenced-in backyard is very private with room to entertain and garden. We maintained a small vegetable and herb garden.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the people who reside here are a mix of young families and professionals and older retirees who’ve spent much of their lives in Albany. The neighborhood is convenient to everything.

It’s just a few steps away from Hackett Blvd which is a popular place to walk, run, and bike. Within minutes you can walk to the drugstore, Italian market, and restaurants on New Scotland Avenue or grab an ice cream cone at the local chocolate shop. The house is a few blocks from the public library which also has a play area and weekly story time for young children as well as programs for older children. Downtown and major shopping areas are a quick drive or bus ride away.

We hope you will enjoy this home as much as we have.

All the Best,

The Guglielmi Family
